On May 18–19, 2021, The Journal of the New Economic Association, the Institute of Economics, Russian Academy of Sciences, and the Higher School of Economics with the support of the New Economic Association organized the 2nd International October Conference on Problems of Theoretical Economics “Human Qualities and Behavior in Economic Theory” (online in Zoom).

Annual thematic conferences bring up a wide range of theoretical and methodological issues of economic science, history of economic thought, contemporary theoretical economics and other branches of economic theory.
